• CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™) certification
• Two or more years experience developing workplace learning –  must have portfolio of relevant work samples
• Trained in structured writing methodology (for example, Information Mapping)
• Training facilitation experience
• eLearning development experience (tools include Flash, Captivate, Lectora, DreamWeaver)
• Expert level skills with Microsoft Word
