Degree or certification in Instructional Design
CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™) certification
Two or more years experience developing workplace learning –
   must have portfolio of relevant work samples
Trained in structured writing methodology (for example, Information Mapping)
Training facilitation experience
e-Learning development experience (tools include Flash, Captivate, Lectora, DreamWeaver)
Expert level skills with Microsoft Word
